Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (when available)

Note: Shipping timelines begin once the order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, some items may be subject to federal, state, or local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws before purchasing.

We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes for firearm-related items

• International addresses at this time

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, reach out to us at office@rockarms.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
